The Faculty of Construction Engineering of UMMTO is launching a tender for the acquisition of stationery and office supplies within the framework of the 2022 operating budget, Chapter 22-13, Article 01.
The specifications are structured in a single lot, namely: "Acquisition of stationery and office supplies".
Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to collect the specifications from the General Secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 03/FGC/UMMTO/2022 concerning the acquisition of stationery and office supplies".

The application must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
 Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
 Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
 Copy of tax identification card;
 Criminal record valid on the date of submission of the bidder or director;
 Income statement tables (TCR) for the last three years approved by the tax authorities
 Copy of electronic trade register;
 Attestation of bank domiciliation.
 Extrait de rôle apuré ou avec échéancier récent
 Attestations de mise à jour CNAS et CASNOS en cours de validité;
 Attestations de bonne exécution des trois dernières années;
 Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.
B/ Technical offer:
- List of specifications quoted and initialed;
- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
 Commitment to delivery date (printed in appendix);
 Technical documentation and samples of supplies.
C/ Financial offer:
 Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
 Unit price schedule duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
 Quantities and estimates duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 10/04/2022.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 17/04/2022 at 10H30mn at office N° 07, general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 17/04/2022 at 11 a.m. at office no. 07, general secretariat located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.
Tenders are valid for 98 days from 17/04/2022.
