The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the supply of air travel tickets for members of examination panels under the 2023 operating budget, Chapter 22-23 article 08. The specifications are structured in one (01) single lot, namely: "Supply of air tickets".
Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat, office B40 of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou, located at HASNAOUA II. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, in a single anonymous sealed envelope marked "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, Consultation n°03 /FGC/UMMTO/2023 concerning the supply of air travel tickets for members of the defense juries".
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- A completed, signed, dated and sealed declaration of application;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Copy of the electronic trade register,
- Copy of the company's articles of association.
- Copy of the company's approval.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.
- Bank account number and address.
- Proof of commercial representation in Tizi-Ouzou.
- Criminal record valid on the date of submission of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Extract from the tax roll, discharged or with schedule, valid on the date of submission of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Tables of TCR profit and loss accounts for the last three years, certified by the tax authorities.
- Certificate of CNAS updating and certificate of CASNOS updating.
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance of similar services for the last three years
B/ Technical offer:
- Specifications duly completed, signed, listed and initialled.
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Quotations and estimates signed, dated and sealed.
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed.
A period of seven (07) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 13/03/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 19/03/2023 at 10.H 30 mn. Tenders will be opened, in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 19/03/2023 at 11 a.m. at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou.
The period of validity of tenders is equal to the period of preparation of tenders plus three (03) months from the date of the opening of tenders.
