The Faculty of Medicine of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas for the benefit of the Faculty of Medicine of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou" within the framework of the operating budget for the year 2024, chapter 22-18, article 03.
The specifications are structured in a single lot:
Single lot: "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas for the Faculty of Medicine of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou".
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids for this consultation, and are invited to obtain the specifications from the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial", as appropriate, the three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, bearing the words "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee" and addressed to :

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder.
- Any document enabling assessment of the capabilities of candidates, bidders or, where applicable, subcontractors;
a- Professional capability: qualification and classification certification, approval and quality certificate.
b- Financial capacity: financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last two years and bank references.
c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references.
- Copy of e-commerce register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Bank account number and address.
- Copy of the excerpt from the tax rolls, discharged or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission
- Certificate of updating issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
- A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees, accompanied by a list approved by CNAS showing the dates of entry and exit of employees.
- Extract from the criminal record dated less than three months before the date of submission.
- List of company personnel and their specializations
- List of equipment in possession, with supporting documents (purchase invoice)
- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law
- Copy of agreement with CET.
- Certificate of good performance 2021-2022-2023.
B/ Technical offer:
- Receipt of withdrawal of specifications
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
C/ Financial offer
- Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimated and quantitative quotation duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
A period of Eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Resources and Maintenance Department of the UMMTO Faculty of Medicine from 07/01/2024.
The deadline for submission of bids is 14/01/2024 2024 at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the tender submission date at 10.30 a.m. on 14/01/2024 in the meeting room of the Faculty of Medicine.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
