The Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition of laboratory supplies and consumables and teaching and research workshops", as part of its operating budget for 2022.
Chapter 22-13: Supplies
Article 03: Laboratory supplies and consumables and teaching and research workshops
The specifications are structured in three lots:
Lot N° 01: chemical products.
Lot N° 02: microbiological products
Lot N° 03: glassware and small equipment.
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to tender for this consultation, and must obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and displayed in public.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences in a single closed anonymous envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres consultation N°03/FSBSA/UMMTO/2022portant " Acquisition de fourniture et consommable de laboratoire et Atelier d'enseignement et de recherche " and the title of the consultation.
The file must include the following documents:
A- Application file
- Copy of tax identification;
- Copy of statistical identification;
- Copy of trade register;
- Copy of excerpt from audited accounts or with schedule, dated less than one month prior to submission;
- Criminal record dated less than three months prior to submission;
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals);
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the establishment's statutes (justifying the number of beds and capacity);
- Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by income statement tables (TCR);
B- Technical offer file:
- Declaration to be duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Bank account number and address;
- Certificates of satisfactory performance for the last three years;
- List of specifications;
A) C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Estimated and quantitative details, dated, signed and sealed
- Schedule of unit prices, dated, signed and sealed
Eight (08) days are allowed for bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 24/03/2022 at the Secretariat General of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences located at HASNAOUA II.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 31/03/2022 at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 31/03/2022 at 10H 30Mn, at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty (HASNAOUA II).
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
