The Faculty of Letters and Languages of Mouloud MAMMERI University is launching a tender for the acquisition of equipment and supplies for post-graduate training, within the framework of the 2023 operating budget, Chapter 22-23 articles 04.
The specifications are structured as a single document:

Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from
, secretariat of the deanship, Faculty of Letters and Languages, HASNAOUA. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and displayed in public.
Tenderers must cover all items in this lot. Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation n°04/ FLL/ UMMTO/2023 concerning the purchase of equipment and supplies for post-graduate training.
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of application duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of tax identification card;
- Copy of bank account number and address;
- Copies of certificates of good performance for the last three years;
- Copies of balance sheets for the last three years accompanied by TCR.
- Copy of the trade register;
B) Technical offer:
-Tender specifications, initialled, signed, sealed and approved;
-Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
-Delivery deadline and guarantee commitment (fill in the relevant clauses in the tender specifications.);
-Technical documentation compatible with the equipment and supplies to be offered;
C/Financial offer:
-Tender letter duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
-Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
-Quantitative and estimated price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their offers, starting on: 19 /02/ 2023. The deadline for submission of bids is set for 26 /02/ 2023 at 10HOO mm at the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Letters and Languages located in HASNAOUA.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids on 26 /02/ 2023 at 10H30 at the office of the vice-dean in charge of studies and student-related issues at the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University located at HASNAOUA I.
The period of validity of bids is equal to the period of preparation of bids plus three months from the date of the opening of bids.
