The Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion of the Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition of Office Equipment and Furniture" within the framework of the Operating budget for the 2022 financial year, chapter 22-12, article 01.

The specifications are structured in one (01) lot:

Single lot: Acquisition of office equipment and furniture.

Interested bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion of the Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou.

Bidders may bid for one or two lots.

Tenders must be submitted to the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance, of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion de l'Université "Mouloud MAMMERI" in a closed envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee" and the title of the consultation.

The submission file consists of the following documents:

A/ Application file:
1/- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
2/- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
3/- Copy of the company's articles of association.
4/- Professional reference (attestation of good performance in the field of the service only)
5/- Financial balance sheets for the last three (03) years, accompanied by RCRs.

B/ Technical offer file:
1/ - Declaration to be signed, duly completed, dated and sealed by the bidder
2/-.Cahier de charge coté et initié portant à la dernière page la mention " lu et approuvé "
3/ -Copie du registre de commerce.
4/- Copy of tax identification.
5/- Bank account number and address.
6/- Extract from the tax roll, audited or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of the bid.
7/-Court record dated less than 03 months before the date of the bid.

C/ Financial offer file :

1/-Unit price schedule dated, signed and sealed by the bidder
2/Estimated and quantitative breakdown dated, signed and sealed by the bidder
3/Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Service des moyens et maintenance located on the top floor of the Department of Management Sciences from 09/06/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 16/06/2022 at 10h30mn.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, at 10.30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou.

The period of validity of bidders' offers is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
