The University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation for "the supply of air passage tickets". Within the framework of Scientific Cooperation, Research Program Agreements, Within the framework of its operating budget for the year 2022

The specifications are structured in a single lot:
Single lot: "Titre de Passage".

This consultation will be publicly posted and published on the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou website: www.ummto.dz

All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from Sous-Direction des moyens et de la maintenance de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Sous-Direction des moyens et de la maintenance of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou in a single sealed envelope bearing the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee" and the title of the consultation.

The file must include the following documents:
A) / Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy
- Declaration of probity
- The status of the establishment
- Documents relating to the power of attorney empowering the persons to bind the Company.
- Any document making it possible to evaluate the capacities of the candidates or tenderers, if applicable, subcontractors
- Professional capacities (qualification certificate).
- Financial capacity (supported by balance sheets for the last three years).
- Technical capacity: human resources, equipment and professional references.
- Certificates of filing of company accounts authenticated by the CNR (for legal entities).

B) Technical offer :

- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Bank account number and address.
- Extract from the tax rolls, cleared or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS
- A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees
- Original police record less than three months old at the time of submission
- Attestation justifying the service provider's representation in the town of Tizi-Ouzou
- The specifications, signed and initialled, bearing on the last page the words "read and accepted".

C) Financial offer
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Estimated and quantitative details dated, signed and sealed
- Schedule of unit prices dated, signed and sealed

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance from 31.03.2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 07.04.2022 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

Tenders will be opened on the same day as the closing date, 07/04/2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the secretariat general of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, rectorat (6th floor).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
