The Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders to carry out an IT security audit for the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, as part of the 2023 operating budget,

Allocation: chapter 21-21 article 02

Tenderers specializing in this field and interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance at the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked:
"NE PAS OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and addressed to :

The documents required for the technical and financial bids and the application file are:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of the trade register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Original excerpt from the tax rolls, either discharged or with payment schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals).
- Original criminal record dated less than three months before the date of submission.
- Approved 2020-2021 and 2022 tax returns with TCR.

B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Schedule of unit prices dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimate and quantity estimate dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the general secretariat from 23/03/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is 30/03/2023 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the closing date at 10.30am on the 6th floor of the Rectorate of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
