The Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is inviting tenders for the "maintenance andrepair of buildings for administrative and teaching use " within the framework of the 2023 operating budget , Chapter 22-18art : 01
The specifications are structured in four (04) lots, namely :
- Lot n°01: Repair work on offices and rooms
- Lot no. 02: Aluminium, Pvc and ironwork
- Batch no. 03: Painting work
- Lot n°04: Acquisition of maintenance and hardware items
Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences. The present consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dzet.
Tenders must be submitted in a single closed and anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, Consultation n°05/FSBSA/UMMTO/2023 concerning: "maintenance andrepair of buildings for administrative and educational use ".
The file must include the following documents:
- Application form
- Copy of tax identification ;
- Copy of statistical identification ;
- Copy of electronic trade register ;
- Copy of audited or scheduled statement of account dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the establishment's status (justifying the number of beds and capacity) ;
- Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by profit and loss statements (TCR) ;
- List of human and material resources and professional references.

- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Bank account number and address ;
- List of specifications;
- C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Dated, signed and sealed quantitative and estimative details

Tenderers have eight (08) days from 18/05/2023 to prepare and submit their bids.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 25/05/2023 at 10h00mn at the general secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences, located at HASNAOUA II.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids on 25/05/2023 at 10h30mn at the Secretariat General of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences, HASNAOUA II.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
