The Université Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi Ouzou is launching a tender for: "Acquisition of office supplies and stationery" for the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, within the framework of the 2023 operating budget,
Imputation: chapter 21-13, article 01
It is structured in two (02) lots as follows:
Lot n°1 : Fourniture de bureau
Lot n°2 : Papetérie
Interested bidders may bid for one or more lots
Bidders specializing in the field and interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the Sous-Direction des moyens et de la maintenance of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.

Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "Technical", "Financial" or "Application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to :

The documents required for the technical, financial and application offers are:
A/ Application file:

 Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Copy of company articles of association.
 Copy of trade register.
 Copy of tax identification.
 Bank account number and address.
 Copy of the audited tax return or tax return with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
 Copy of the Attestation de mise à jour issued by CASNOS and CNAS.

 copy of criminal record less than three months old at the date of the bid.
 Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law

 Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, bidders or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:
a- Professional capacity: certificate of qualification and classification, approval and quality certificate.
b- Financial capacity: financial resources supported by balance sheets and bank references.
c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references.

B/ Technical offer:
 Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
 Specifications to be completed, dated, signed and initialled, read and approved.

C/ Financial offer:

 Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
 Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance from 23/03/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is 30/03/2023 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The bids will be opened on the same day as the deadline at 10:30 am in the meeting room of the general secretariat of the University Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou - 6th floor rectorate.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
