      The Faculty of Medicine at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a call for tenders for "Student transport to the workplace" under the 2024 operating budget, chapter 22-30, article 02.

 

The specifications are structured in a single (01) lot:

Single lot: "Student transport to the workplace".

                

      The present consultation will be published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.

 

    All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit bids. The specifications can be obtained from the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.

            Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial", as appropriate, the three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, bearing the words " To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee" and addressed to :

                             Transportation of students in the workplace

   "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee".

 

Tenders must be submitted to the Faculté de Médecine's facilities and maintenance department.

 

  • The file must include the following documents:

  • Application form 
  • Copy of tax identification number (TIN) ;
  • Copy of statistical identification (NIS) ;
  • Copy of trade register ;
  • Copy of the audited or scheduled extract from the rolls dated less than one month before the date of submission;
  • Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals) ;
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
  • Copy of the establishment's status
  • Equipment list (number of buses with associated operating permits)
  • Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by profit and loss statements (TCR).
  • Technical offer file :
  • Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Bank account number and address ;
  • List of specifications.
  • Authorization to operate a line issued by the wilaya transport authority.

 

  • Financial offer file
  • Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Detailed estimate and quantity signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed ;

- Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare their bids, starting on

January 16, 2024.

            The deadline for submission of bids is January 16, 2024 at 13H00mn.

The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the bid submission date at 1:30 p.m. on January 23 , 2024 in the meeting room of the Faculty of Medicine.

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months.
