Interested and qualified bidders are invited to collect the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the words "candidature", "technique" and "financière" or, as the case may be, "candidature", "technique" and "financière". 1.he three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "A NE. The file must include :
A/ Application file:
Declaration of application duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Documents relating to the powers empowering persons to bind the company.
Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed: (balance sheets for the last three years, extract from the roll, certificates of satisfactory performance, ....).
B/Technical offer:
Specifications duly completed, dated, quoted and initialed with mention read and accepted
Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Copy of electronic trade register;
Copy of tax identification;
Bank account number and address;
Deadline for completion (written undertaking);
Company qualification
Extract from police record less than three months old at date of submission.
C/Financial offer:
Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Schedule of unit prices duly dated, signed and sealed.
Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.
Bidders have eight (08) days from 09/05/2022 to prepare and submit their bids.
Tenders must be submitted by 16/05/2022 at 10:00 a.m. to the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
The bids will be opened on the same day at Wh30 at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at h Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
