The Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for the "Maintenance and repair of buildings for administrative and teaching use" for the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou, within the framework of the 2022 operating budget,
Imputation: chapter 22-18, article 01.

The specifications are structured in 03 lots:

Lot 01: "Renovation of sanitary facilities in the Department of Management Sciences"
Lot 02: "Supply and installation of wooden doors in the Department of Management Sciences and the Department of Economics"
Lot 03: "Supply and installation of metal doors in faculty offices"
Lot 04: "Separation of a large room in the Department of Economics".

All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids and to collect the specifications from the "Service des moyens et de la maintenance de la faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et des sciences de gestion" of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou (Bureau n °05 au 02èmeétage).

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dz.

Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in a separate anonymous envelope, marked :

"A N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" the title of the consultation:

Concerning : " Maintenance and repair of buildings for administrative and educational use " for the faculty of economics, business and management sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou".

The documents required for the technical and financial offers and the application file are:
A/ Application file:

 Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Copy of articles of association for companies.
 Documents relating to the powers empowering persons to bind the company.
 Any document making it possible to evaluate the capacities of the candidates
 Copy of the trade register
 Copy of the tax identification number, the NIS.
 Number and domiciliation of the bank account.
 Copy of the excerpt of role discharged or with schedule and dated less than three (03) months with the date of the tender.
 Attestations of update delivered by the CASNOS, CNAS and CACOBATH.

B/ Technical offer:
 Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
 Any document enabling the bidder's capabilities to be assessed;
Technical capability: human and material resources and professional references
* List of personnel available to the company, drawn up by the bidder, duly signed and sealed, and supported by recent membership certificates issued by the CNAS.
* List of equipment in possession, with supporting documents (purchase invoices or bailiff's report dating back less than two years).
Specifications, completed, dated, signed and initialled, with the handwritten words "read and accepted" on the last page.

C/ Financial offer:

 Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Detailed specifications duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.

A period of eight (08 ) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences from 07/07/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 14/07/2022 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
