The Faculty of Biological and Agronomic Sciences at the Université Mouloud Mammeri in Tizi Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "... Acquisition of stationery and office supplies » dans le cadre de son fonctionnement de l’année 2018.Chapitre 22-13  Fournitures Article 01 : Papeterie, fournitures de bureaux Le cahier des charges est structuré en un seul lot : Papeterie, Fourniture de bureau Tous les prestataires qualifiés dans le domaine peuvent soumissionner pour cette consultation et doivent retirer le cahier des charges auprès du secrétariat général de la Faculté des Sciences Biologiques et des Sciences Agronomiques. Le présent avis de consultation fera l’objet d’une publication sur le site web de I’UMMTO www.ummto.dz et d’un affichage public. Les offres doivent être déposées au secrétariat général de la Faculté des Sciences Biologiques et des Sciences Agronomiques sous pli unique fermé anonyme portant la mention ( A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission) d’ouverture des plis et d’évaluation des offres- consultation portant <Acquisition de papeterie, Fourniture de bureau> et l’intitulé de la consultation. Le dossier doit comporter les pièces suivantes : A- Application form
  • Copy of tax identification ;
  • Copy of statistical identification;
  • Copy of trade register ;
  • Copy of the audited statement of account or statement of account with payment schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission;
  • Criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission;
  • Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals) ;
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
  • Copy of establishment status ;
  • Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by profit and loss statements (TCR).
B-Technical offer file :
  • Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Bank account number and address ;
  • Certificates of satisfactory performance for the last three years;
  • List of specifications.
  • Commitment to delivery date.
C-Financial offer file :
  • Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Detailed estimate and quantity signed, dated and sealed i ,
  • Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed;NB: Bidders must submit a sample of each product.
A delay of Ten (10) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 12/03/2018 at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Biological and Agricultural Sciences, located at HASNAOUA II. The deadline for submission of bids is 21/03/2018 à 10h00.
