The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for painting work at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, within the framework of the 2022 operating budget, chapter 22/18-01. The specifications are structured as a single lot:

Single lot: maintenance work, supply and installation of parquet flooring in the support room

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz

Interested and qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer must be enclosed in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial" or, as the case may be.

The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "NOT TO BE OPENED BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE TENDER OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE" and addressed to :

Maintenance work supply and installation of parquet flooring in the defense room room

The file must include :

A/ Application file:
Declaration of application duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Documents relating to the powers empowering persons to bind the company.
Any document enabling the capacities of the candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed: (balance sheets for the last three half years, extract from the roll, certificates of satisfactory performance,,,...).

B/ Technical offer:
Cahier dos charges renseigné, daté, coté et initié avec mention lu et accepté
Déclaration à souscrire dûment renseignées, datées, signées, et cachetés par le soumissionnaire.
Copie du. electronic trade register;
Copy of F tax identification;
Bank account number and address;
Completion deadline (written undertaking);
Works guarantee (written undertaking)
Extract from criminal record less than three months old at date of tender.

C/Financial offer:
Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed,
Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.

Bidders have eight (03) days from 09/05/2022 to prepare and submit their bids.

Tenders must be submitted by 16/05/2022 at 10:00 a.m. to the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

The bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the same day at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Mouloud MAMMER1 University in Tizi-Ouzou.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
