La Faculté du Génie Electrique et Informatique de l’université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou lance une consultation portant sur « Acquisition de la fourniture de Laboratoires au profit des laboratoires de recherche de la faculté » dans le cadre du budget de fonctionnement de l’année 2024 :
Chapitre 21-31 : Frais de Gestion liée à la recherche scientifique et développement technologique.
Article 03 : Fournitures y compris les composants électroniques, mécanique et audio visuels et accessoires et besoins des laboratoires
The specifications are structured in four (04) lots:
Lot 01 : Fourniture
Lot 02 : produits chimiques
Lot 03 : composants électroniques
Lot 04 : Accessoires et besoins des laboratoires
This notice of consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou, www.ummto.dz.
All qualified bidders in the field can bid for this tender and are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Les offres doivent être déposées au secrétariat général sous pli fermés adressés à monsieur le Doyen de la Faculté de Génie Electrique et Informatique portant la mention « N’OUVRIR QUE PAR LACOMMISSION D’OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D’EVALUATION DES OFFRES
The title of the consultation must include the following items:
A/ Application form :
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of electronic trade register .
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Excerpt from the audited accounts or with a schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals).
- Original police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Bilans fiscaux 2021, 2022, 2023 approuvés avec TCR.
- Attestations de bonne exécution 2021, 2022, 2023.
B/ Technical offer :
- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
- Commitment to delivery times.
C/ Financial offer :
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price schedule dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Quotations and estimates dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Undélai de huit (08 ) jours est accordé aux soumissionnaires pour préparer leurs offres à compter du 25/04/2024 au 02/05/2024.
- La date de dépôt des offres est fixée au 02/05/2024 à 10h00.
- L’ouverture des plis se fera,enprésence dess oumissionnaires qui le désirent le jour même de ladate de dépôt des offres aura lieu le même jour le 02/05/2024 à 11h00 au secrétariat Général de la Faculté 3emeétage.
- The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus ten days from the date of bid opening.
