The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Supply of electrical maintenance, carpentry, painting and sanitary plumbing items, as well as maintenance and repair work on buildings used for administrative and educational purposes", as part of the operating budget for the year 2022. Chapter 22/18: article 01. The specifications are structured in three (03) lots, namely:
Lot n°01: Electrical maintenance, carpentry, painting and sanitary plumbing supplies.
Batch no. 02: Repair and maintenance of the faculty's sanitary facilities
Lot n°03: Electrical repairs in the Arabic literature department
This consultation will be published on the UMMTO website and posted publicly. All qualified bidders in the field may bid for one or more lots of this consultation and must cover all items of each lot subject to the bid. The specifications must be collected from the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages, Campus Hasnaoua 1.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages in a single closed envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation n°07/FLL/UMMTO/2022 Supplies of electrical maintenance, carpentry, painting and sanitary plumbing items, as well as the performance of maintenance and repair work on buildings for administrative and educational use".
The submission file must include the following three folders:
A) The application file:
-Declaration of application duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
-Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Articles of association (for companies)
- Documents relating to the power of attorney empowering persons to bind the company
- Any document enabling the capacities of candidates or tenderers to be assessed; where applicable, subcontractors.
- Professional capabilities (certificate of qualification).
- Financial capabilities (supported by balance sheets for the last three (03) financial years).
- Professional references (certificates of satisfactory performance for the last three (03) financial years).
B) Technical offer:
- Declaration duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification number
- Bank account number and address
- Copy of audited tax returns with payment schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission
- List of specifications, initialled and marked "read and accepted" on the last page
- Work schedule committing the company's responsibility for the duration of the work, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
C/ Financial offer:
- Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price lists signed, dated and sealed by the bidder. (BPU)
- Details of quantities and estimates signed, dated and sealed by the bidder. (DQE)
D) Tender conditions:
These specifications apply to any individual or legal entity registered in the trade register:
- with an activity code number authorizing the supply of maintenance equipment and the performance of maintenance and repair work on buildings used for administrative and educational purposes.
- Has the necessary resources to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications.
- Can cover all items or maintenance work for each lot tendered.
Tenderers have ten (10) days from 10 705/ 2022 to prepare their bids. The deadline for submission of bids is 19 705/ 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages on the Hasnaoua I campus.
The opening of the bids will take place on the same day as the deposit of the bids on 19 705/ 2022 at 10H30 mn in the office of vice dean in charge of studies and student related issues located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the faculty.
Bidders who wish to do so may attend or delegate their representative to attend the bid opening session.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
