The Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales of the Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for the purchase of teaching furniture under the 2022 operating budget, Chapter: 22-22 Article 01.

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz

Tenderers qualified in the field are invited to withdraw the specifications from the Faculty's resources and maintenance department In accordance with Article 67 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of 16/09/2015 regulating public contracts and delegations of public services, bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial". The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou" and addressed to :

Portant " Acquisition de matériels et mobiliers pédagogiques au profit de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou dans le cadre du budget de fonctionnement 2022, Chapitre : 22-22 Article 01.

Single lot: Acquisition of educational furniture

The documents required for the application file, technical and financial offers are :

1- An application file containing
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- For companies, a copy of the articles of association
- Copy of the trade register showing the activity in line with the services requested
- Documents relating to the powers empowering persons to bind the company.
- Any document enabling the capacities of candidates and tenderers to be assessed.
- Any document enabling the capacities of candidates and bidders to be assessed: Bank number and address
- Tax returns for the last three years approved by the tax authorities
- Certificate of filing of company accounts issued by the National Trade Register CNRC
- Extract from the audited accounts or payment schedule dated less than 03 months
- Professional references (copy of certificates of good performance for the last three years signed by the contracting authority of public establishments.

2- A technical offer: containing
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Description of the furniture duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Any document enabling the technical offer to be evaluated: a supporting technical brief (specifying the origin and technical characteristics.) and any other document required in application of the provisions of article 78 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree, namely:
- Delivery lead times (written commitment)
- Guarantee lead times (written commitment).
- Detailed technical documentation of the furniture proposed in accordance with the furniture requested prospectus and other technical specifications
- Specifications must be completed, quoted and initialed bearing on the last page the handwritten mention (read and accepted).

3- A financial offer containing:
- The tender letter duly filled in, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;
- The unit price schedule filled in, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;
- The quantity and cost estimate filled in, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;

Bidders have eight (08) days from 20/07/2022 to prepare and submit their bids.

The deadline for submission of bids is 27/07/2022 at 10:00 am at the Service Moyens et Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, bloc C, 4ème étage, sis à Tamda.

The bids will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on the same day in the meeting room (Block C, 3rd floor) of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou, located in Tamda.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
