The Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Supply of transport tickets and excess baggage by air" within the framework of Scientific Cooperation, Research Program Agreements, as part of its operating budget for the year 2022.

The specifications are structured in a single lot: Supply of air tickets and excess baggage.

This consultation will be publicly posted and published on the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou website: www.ummto.dz

All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the Sous-Direction des moyens et de la maintenance of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou in a single sealed envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee" and the title of the consultation.

The file must include the following documents:
A) Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy
- Declaration of probity
- Articles of association (for companies)
- Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
- Any document enabling the capacities of the candidates or tenderers to be assessed.
- Professional capacities (qualification certificate).
- Technical capacities: human and material resources.
- Financial balance sheets and TCRs for the last three years.

B) Technical offer :

- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of the trade register.
- Copy of the establishment's articles of association
- Copy of tax identification
- Bank account number and address
- Copy of the extract from the tax rolls, cleared or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Attestations de mise à jour délivrées par la CASNOS et CNAS (originales)
- Une déclaration CNAS attestant le nombre de salariés employés
- Copie du casier judiciaire datant de moins de trois mois à la date de la soumission
- Attestation justifiant la représentation de l'Agence dans la ville de Tizi-Ouzou
- Le cahier des charges coté et initié, portant à la dernière page la mention " lu et accepté ".

C/ Financial offer

- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Detailed estimate and quantity, dated, signed and sealed
- Schedule of unit prices, dated, signed and sealed

These specifications apply to all bidders who are service providers with a trade register whose activity code is appropriate to the subject of the specifications.

- Average sales over the last three financial years ≥ 10 million dinars.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance from 31.03.2022.
The deadline for submission of bids is 07.04.2022 at 10:00 am.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

Tenders will be opened on the same day as the closing date, 07/04/2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the secretariat general of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, rectorat (6th floor).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
