Chapter: 22/23 Article 04Acquisition of equipment and supplies for post-graduate trainingThe Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University "Mouloud MAMMERI" of Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation for the acquisition of equipment and supplies for postgraduate training, under the operating budget 2018 Chapter 22-23 Article 04. The specifications are structured in two (02) lots:Lot 01: Computer equipment Lot 02: supplies for post-graduate trainingThis consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz Interested and qualified bidders are invited to collect the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. Bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the words "candidature", "technique" and "financière" or, as the case may be, "candidature", "technique" and "financière". Any document enabling us to assess the capabilities of the candidates, tenderers or any subcontractors: B/ Technical offer : Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed with the mention read and accepted. Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder. bidder. Copy of trade register. Copy of tax identification. Bank account number and address. Delivery dates (written commitment) Extract from criminal record less than three months old at date of tender. C/Financial offer: Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed. Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed. Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed. A period of eight (08) days from 13/05/2018 is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers. The deadline for submission of bids is 20/05/2018 à 10h00 the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science. Bids will be opened the same day at 10h30 at the headquarters of the Faculty of Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
