The UMMTO Faculty of Construction Engineering is launching a tender for the purchase of duplication and reproduction consumables under the 2022 operating budget, chapter 22-12, article 07.
The specifications are structured in a single lot, as follows:
Single lot: duplication and reproduction consumables
Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office N°07, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenders must be submitted in closed, anonymous envelopes bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation n°08/FGC/UMMTO/2022 concerning the acquisition of duplication and reproduction consumables"
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file :
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
- Copy of tax identification;
- Copy of e-commerce register;
- Attestation of bank domiciliation
- Criminal record valid on the date of submission of the bidder or director.
- Income statement tables (TCR) approved by the tax authorities for the last three years
- Copies of certificates of good performance in the field of the service only for the last three years.
- Extract from the audited accounts or with a payment schedule less than one month old at the date of submission.
- Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.
B/ Technical offer:
- Specifications listed and initialled;
- Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed;
- Commitment to delivery date signed and sealed.
C/ Financial offer:
Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Unit price schedules duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
Quantities and estimates duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers from: 10/04/2022.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 17/04/2022 at 10H30mn at office N° 07, general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 17/04/2022 at 11 H at office N°07, general secretariat located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering HASNAOUA II.
Tenders are valid for 98 days from 17/04/2022.
