The Faculty of Construction Engineering of UMMTO is launching a consultation for weed control work on the green spaces of the Department of Architecture of the former Habitat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering within the framework of the 2023 operating budget, chapter 22-18, article 02.
The specifications are structured as a single lot as follows :
Single lot: Weed control work in the green spaces of the Ex-Habitat building.
Persons interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee, consultation N°08/FGC/UMMTO/2023 concerning weed control work on the green spaces of the Department of Architecture of the Ex-Habitat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering".
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application form :
- Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Copy of electronic trade register ;
- Copy of tax identification ;
- Certificate of direct debit ;
- Extract from the audited rolls or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Declaration of probity completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Applicant's or director's (or manager's) criminal record valid on the date of submission;
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance for the last three years.
- Income statement tables (TCR) approved by the tax authorities for the last three years.
- Declaration of knowledge of the site and all elements relating to the execution of the work, prior verification.
- Valid CASNOS, CNAS and CACOBATPH certificate.
- Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.
B/ Technical offer :
- Specifications signed, marked and initialed ;
- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Deadline commitment.
C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Signed, dated and sealed unit price lists;
- Quotations and estimates signed, dated and sealed.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 08/05/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 15/05/2023 at 10H30mn at office B40, general secretariatof the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 15/05/2023 at 11 a. m. in office B40, general secretariat located on the2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.
Tenders are valid for 98 days from 08/05/2023.
