The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit bids. The tender documents can be obtained from the Sub-Directorate for Resources and Maintenance, Hasnaoua I.
Tenders must include the application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application file", "technical offer" or "financial offer", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the tender evaluation and selection committee" and addressed to:

Bidders have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate for Resources and Maintenance, located at Hasnaoua I , from 11/07/2021.
The deadline for submission of bids is 18/07/2021 à 10H00 at the Sub-Directorate for Resources and Maintenance, Hasnaoua I
The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the submission deadline on 18/07/2021 à 10H30 at the general secretariat of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou, rectorat (6th floor).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
