The University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation concerning: "Maintenance and Repair of the Automobile Fleet" for the benefit of the University Mouloud MAMMER Tizi-Ouzou, within the framework of the operating budget 2022.
Imputation: chapter 21-17, article 05
It is structured in two (02) lots as follows:
Lot N° 01 : Acquisition of spare parts
Lot N° 02 : Maintenance and mechanical repairs

Tenderers specializing in the field and interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the "Sous Direction des Moyens Généraux" of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked:
"NE PAS OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and addressed to :
Monsieur le Recteur de l'université Mouloud Mammeri

The documents required for the technical, financial and application bids are :

A/ Application form :

 Declaration of candidacy, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Declaration of probity, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Copy of the company's articles of association.
 Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, bidders or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:
- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references (List of personnel available to the company and their specializations, List of equipment in possession with supporting documents (purchase invoices) and A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees accompanied by a listing approved by the CNAS showing the dates of entry and exit of employees
 Copy of the trade register.
 Copy of tax identification number.
 Bank account number and address.
 Copy of the tax assessment statement, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission.
 Copy of the certificate of updating issued by CASNOS and CNAS.

 Copy of police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
 Certificate of existence

B/ Technical offer:
 Declaration to be subscribed and declaration of probity which must be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
 Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed
 Specifications bearing the mention read and approved
C/ Financial offer:

 Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
 Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the general secretariat from 11/04/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 18/04/2022 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the closing date at 10.30am on the 6th floor of the Rectorate of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.

Bidders are invited to attend the bid opening session.
