Notice of consultation N°09/SMM/ FDSP / UMMTO /2018 Chapter: 22/23 Article 04 Portant Acquisition de matériel et fourniture pour la formation post graduée The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation concerning the acquisition of equipment and supplies for postgraduate training, within the framework of the 2018 operating budget Chapter 22-23 Article 04. The specifications are structured in two (02) lots: Lot 01: Computer equipment Lot 02: supplies for post-graduate training. This consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz Interested and qualified bidders are invited to collect the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. Bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the words "candidature", "technique" and "financière" or, as the case may be, "candidature", "technique" and "financière". The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "NOT TO BE OPENED BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE TENDER OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE". addressed to Monsieur le Doyen de la faculté de Droit et des Sciences Politiques Consultation N°09 /SMM/ FDSP/UMMTO/2018 Portant acquisition de matériel et fourniture pour la formation post graduée The file must include : A/ Application file: - Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed. - Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed. - Documents relating to the powers empowering the persons to bind the company. - Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed: B/ Technical offer : - Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed with the mention read and accepted. - Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder. - Copy of trade register. - Copy of tax identification. - Bank account number and address. - Delivery times (written undertaking) - Equipment warranty (written undertaking) - Extract from criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission. C/Financial offer: - Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed. - Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed. - A duly dated, signed and sealed itemization of quantities and estimates. A period of eight (08) days from 05/06/2018 is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers. Tender submission is set for the date of 12/06/2018 at 10:00 am at the Resources and Maintenance Department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 10:30 am at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou. Bidders who wish to attend may do so. The period of validity of the bids is equal to the period of preparation of the bids increased by three months from the date of the opening of the bids.
