The Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales of the Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the supply of air tickets under the 2022 operating budget, Chapter: 22-19 Articles 01, 02 and 03.
The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
Tenderers qualified in the field are invited to withdraw the specifications from the Faculty's resources and maintenance department In accordance with Article 67 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of 16/09/2015 regulating public contracts and delegations of public services, bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial". The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked:"To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou" and addressed to :

Concerning : provision of air tickets for the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou under the 2022 operating budget, Chapter: 22-19 Articles 01, 02 and 03.
The documents required for the application file, technical and financial offers are :
- An application file containing
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, sealed and dated.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, sealed and dated.
- Copy of trade register showing activity in line with services requested
- Financial statements for the past 3 years and TCR (2019, 2020 and 2021)
- Articles of association for companies.
- Power of attorney documents.
- Certificate of agency representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
A technical offer: containing
- Declaration to be completed, signed, sealed and dated.
- The last page of these specifications bears the words "Read and accepted".
- Documents used to evaluate the technical offer:
A supporting technical brief including the following documents:
- Professional references (copies of performance certificates for the last three years, signed by the contracting authority for public institutions)
- Trade register duly authenticated by the CNRC department
- Excerpt from a tax return that has been audited or has a valid payment schedule
- Valid certificates of updating: CNAS, CASNOS,
- Manager's valid criminal record (copy)
- Tax identification number (copy)
- Certificate of legal filing of company accounts (SARL,EURL,SPA,SNC)
- Certificate of agency representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
- A financial offer containing :
- The bid letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;
- The unit price schedule completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;
- The bidder's completed, dated, signed and sealed estimate of quantities and costs;
Tenderers have seven ( 07) days from 02/11/2022 to prepare and submit their bids.
The deadline for submission of bids is 08/11/2022 at 10:00 am at the Service Moyens et Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, bloc C,4ème étage, sis à Tamda.
The bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the same day in the meeting room (Block C,3rd floor) of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou, located in Tamda, commune of Ouaguenoun.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
