Concerning: "Maintenance of the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou".
The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Maintenance of the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou within the framework of the 2022 operating budget, Chapter 22-18, article 03.
The specifications are structured in a single lot:
Single lot: Maintenance of the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Bidders interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou against payment of the sum of 500.00 DA to the University's accounting agency.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" or "financial", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:

Portant " Entretien des espaces pédagogiques et administratifs" (Maintenance of teaching and administrative areas)
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- All documents required to assess the capabilities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors:
a- Professional capability: qualification and classification certificates, approvals and quality certificates.
b- Financial capability: financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last two years and bank references.
c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of company articles of association.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Bank account number and address.
- Copy of the audited tax return or tax return with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
- A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees, accompanied by a list endorsed by CNAS showing the dates on which employees joined and left the company.
- Extract from police record less than three months old at the date of submission.
- List of company personnel and their specializations
- List of equipment in possession with supporting documents (purchase invoices)
- Certificate of legal deposit of company accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.
- Copy of agreement with the CET.
B/ Technical offer:
- Receipt for withdrawal of specifications
- Declaration to be signed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications read and accepted.
C/Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
- Schedule of unit prices duly dated, signed and sealed.
- Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.
A period of Eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the General Secretariat of the Faculty from 07/12/2021.
The deadline for submission of bids is 14/12/2021 at 10:30 am.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the headquarters of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou
Tenderers may attend the tender opening session if they wish.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
