The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University "Mouloud MAMMERI" of Tizi-Ouzou launches the consultation for the acquisition of educational furniture within the framework of the operating budget 2023, Chapter: 22-22 Article
The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou. www.ummto.dz In accordance with articles 47 of Law n°23-12 of 05 August 2023 setting out the general rules governing public contracts and article 67 of Presidential Decree n 15-247 of 16/09/2015 regulating public contracts and delegations of public services, bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" and "financial". The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou" and addressed to :
