Notice of consultation N°11/FGC/UMMTO/2018
The UMMTO Faculty of Construction Engineering is launching a consultation for the purchase of teaching equipment and furniture under the 2018 operating budget, chapter 22-22, article 01.The specifications are structured in two lots, as follows
: Lot 01: Teaching aids. Batch 02: Educational furniture. Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office N°07, (2
ème floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering at the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website:
www.ummto.dz and public display.Tenders must be submitted in closed, anonymous envelopes bearing only the words
"To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation n°11/FGC/UMMTO/2018 concerning acquisition of teaching equipment and furniture."The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application form : - Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
- Copy of tax identification ;
- Copy of trade register ;
- Certificate of direct debit
- Criminal record valid on the date of the bidder's or director's submission.
- Income statement tables (TCR) approved by the tax authorities for 2015, 2016 and 2017.
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance in the field of service only for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Extract from the audited roll or with a schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.
B/ Technical offer : - List of specifications;
- Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
- Signed and sealed delivery commitment
- Technical documentation for teaching equipment and furniture.
C/ Financial offer:- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Unit Price Schedules duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
- Quantities and estimates duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
A delay of
eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from :
