The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for "Transport costs for students on long-term training courses abroad" under the 2023 operating budget, Chapters 22-26 items 01. The specifications are structured as a single lot:
Single lot: Supply of air tickets.
Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of TIZI-OUZOU, located at HASNAOUA I.
This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted publicly. Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean of Letters and Languages, in a closed, anonymous envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation n°11 /FLL/UMMTO /2023 concerning Transport costs for students on long-term training abroad.
The submission file must include the following items:
A/ Application form :
- Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Copy of company bylaws ;
- Copy of approval ;
- Copy of tax identification ;
- Bank account number and address ;
- Justification for sales representation in Tizi-Ouzou;
- Copies of evidence of satisfactory performance of similar services over the past two years.
- Financial balance sheet for the last three years, certified by the tax authorities and accompanied by the TCR ;
B/ Technical offer :
- List of specifications, signed and initialled, handwritten "read and approved";
- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- CNAS update certificate attesting to the number of employees declared and CASNOS update certificate;
- Copy of trade register ;
C/ Financial offer.
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Quantities and estimates signed, dated and sealed ;
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed ;
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 15/06/2023. The deadline for submission of bids is set for 22/06/2023 at 10H30 mn.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 22 /06/2023 at 11:00 am , in the office of the Vice-Dean in charge of studies and student-related issues at the Faculty of Literature and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, the bid opening will be postponed to the next working day.
