The Faculty of Sciences of the University Mouloud Mammeri of Tizi-Ouzou is re-launching a consultation concerning "Supplies" within the framework of the operating budget for the year 2023 chapter 22-31 article 02.
The specifications are structured in two lots:
Lot 01: "Laboratory supplies"
Lot 02: "Stationery and consumables"
This consultation notice will be publicly posted and published on the website
of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou, www.ummto.dz.
All qualified bidders in the field are welcome to bid on this tender
and are invited to collect the specifications from the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Science of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science in closed envelopes addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, marked "N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION ET CHOIX DES OFFRES" and
with the title of the consultation, and must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of application duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of electronic trade register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- A statement of accounts, cleared or with a payment schedule, dated less than one month before the date of the bid.
- Certificate of up-to-dateness issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
- Original criminal record dated less than three months before the date of the bid.
- Documents concerning the powers of persons empowered to bind the company.
- Approved tax balance sheets for 2020, 2021 and 2022 with TCR.
- Certificates of good performance for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
- Proof of commercial representation in Tizi-Ouzou.
B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Schedule of unit prices dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimate and quantity estimate dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Bidders have eight (08) days in which to prepare their bids, starting at
on 16/10/2023.
The bid submission date is set for 23/10/2023 at 10:00 a.m.
Bids will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the bid submission date (23/10/2023) at 11:00 a.m. in the meeting room of the Faculty of Science, 4th floor.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three 03 months from the bid opening date.
