The Université Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for: "Acquisition d'habillement pour le personnel de service, au profit de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI (Rectorat)", within the framework of the 2023 operating budget,
Imputation: chapitre 21-16 : habillement du personnel :
Acquisition d'habillement pour le personnel de service.
It is structured in three (03) lots as follows:
Lot n°01: Work wear for professional workers
Lot n°02: Prevention shoes for professional workers
Lot n°03: Outwear for car driver

- Interested bidders may bid for one or more lots.
- Tenderers specializing in the field and interested in this consultation are invited to withdraw the specifications from the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance of the University Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.

Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "Technical", "Financial" or "Application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to :

The documents required for the technical and financial offers and the application file are:
A/ Application file :

 Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Copy of the company's articles of association.
 Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:
a- Professional capacity: qualification and classification certificates, approvals and quality certificates.
b- Financial capacity: financial resources supported by balance sheets and bank references.
c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references
 Copy of the trade register.
 Copy of tax identification.
 Bank account number and address.
 Copy of the audited statement of account or statement of account with payment schedule, dated less than one month before the date of the bid.
 Copy of the up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS.

 Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission.
 Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.

B/ Technical offer:
 Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
 Specifications to be completed, dated, signed and initialled, read and approved.

C/ Financial offer :

 Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
 Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance from 18/05/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is 25/05/2023 at 10h00mn.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period is extended to the next working day.

The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the closing date at 10.30 a.m. in
the meeting room of the general secretariat of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
