UMMTO's Faculty of Construction Engineering is relaunching the tender for "Maintenance and repair of buildings for administrative and educational use" under the 2022 operating budget, chapter 22-18, article 01.

The re-launched lot in the specifications is :

Lot N°02: Maintenance and refurbishment work on the conference room and teachers' offices.

Persons interested in this call for tenders are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.

Bids must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words:
"To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation N°11BIS/FGC/UMMTO/2022 concerning "Maintenance and repair of buildings for administrative and educational use".

The file must include the following documents:

A/ Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of electronic trade register;
- Copy of tax identification;
- Updated CACOBATPH
- Attestation of bank domiciliation;
- Extract from the audited rolls or with schedule and dated less than one month to the date of the tender;
- Declaration of probity completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Criminal record of the bidder or director (or manager) valid on the date of the bid;
- Copies of certificates of good performance for the last three years, if applicable.
- Income statement tables (TCR) approved by the tax authorities for the last three years.
- Declaration of knowledge of the site and of all elements relating to the execution of the work, prior verification.
- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law for the last year.

B/ Technical offer:
- Specifications signed, listed and initialled;
- Declaration to be signed, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Certificate of CASNOS and CNAS update valid with the number of employees declared;
- Commitment to completion date and guarantee;
- List of equipment with supporting documents (invoices, vehicle registration documents, PV .....)
- List of human resources with supporting documents (CNAS declarations, etc.).

C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Schedules of unit prices signed, dated and sealed;
- Quotations and estimates signed, dated and sealed.

A period of nine (09) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 19/07/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is set for 27/07/2022 at 10H30 mn at office B40, general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.

Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 27/07/2022 at 11 a.m. in office B40, general secretariat located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.

Tenders are valid for 99 days from 19/07/2022.
