The Faculty of Letters and Languages of Mouloud MAMMERI University is launching a tender for the purchase of equipment and supplies for post-graduate training, within the framework of the 2022 operating budget, Chapter 22-23 items 04.
The specifications are structured into a single specification:
"Acquisition of equipment and supplies for post-graduate training.
Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the deanship, Faculty of Letters and Languages, HASNAOUA. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenderers must cover all items in this lot. Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation n°12/FLL/ UMMTO/2022 concerning the purchase of equipment and supplies for post-graduate training.
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of tax identification card;
- Copy of bank account number and address;
- Copies of performance certificates for the last three years;
- Copies of balance sheets for the last three financial years, accompanied by TCRs.
- Copy of trade register;
C/ Technical offer:
- Technical specifications quoted and initialed, signed, sealed and approved;
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
- Delivery time and guarantee commitment (fill in the relevant clauses in the technical specifications);
- Technical documentation compatible with the products to be proposed;
D/ Financial offer:
-Tender letter duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
-Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
-Quantity and estimate sheet duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 06 / 06/ 2022. The deadline for submission of bids is set for 13 / 06/ 2022 at 10H00 at the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Letters and Languages located in HASNAOUA.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, 13 / 06 / 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the office of the Vice Dean for Studies and Student Affairs of the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the University Mouloud MAMMERI located at HASNAOUA I.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
