The Faculty of Sciences of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition of supplies for teaching and research laboratories and workshops" under the operating budget for 2023, chapters 22-13, article 03.
The specifications are divided into three lots:
Lot 01: Chemical products
Lot 02: Glassware
Lot 03: Physics and chemistry supplies
This notice of consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou, www.ummto.dz.
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids for this consultation, and to collect the specifications from the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Science at the Université Mouloud Mammeri in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science in closed envelopes addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, marked "N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION ET CHOIX DES OFFRES" and the title of the consultation, and must include the following documents:
A/ Application file
- Declaration of application duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the tenderer.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of the electronic trade register.
- Copy of the tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Extract from the audited accounts or with a schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Attestation de mise à jour issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
- Original criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Approved fiscal balance sheets for 2020, 2021 and 2022 with TCR.
- Performance certificates for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
- Proof of commercial representation in Tizi-Ouzou.
B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
- Commitment to delivery times.
C/ Financial offer:
- Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price schedule dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimate and quantity estimate dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Tenderers have eight (08) days to prepare their bids from 09/11/2023.
Tenders must be submitted by 16/11/2023 at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the tender submission date (16/11/2023) at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Faculty of Science, 4th floor. The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three 03 months from the bid opening date.
