The Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is inviting tenders for "Computer supplies and consumables" under the 2023 Operating Budget Chapter: 22/21 - Article 02.
The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
Tenderers qualified in the field are invited to collect the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, block C, 4th floor.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "candidature", "technique", "financiàre". The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou" and addressed to :

Single lot: computer consumables
The documents required for the application file, technical and financial offers are:
1- An application file containing:
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- For companies, a copy of the articles of association
- Copy of the trade register showing the activity in line with the services requested
- Documents relating to the powers of attorney empowering persons to bind the company.
* Any document enabling evaluation of the capacity of candidates and bidders: Bank number and address
* Tax returns for the last three years approved by the tax authorities
* Certificate of filing of company accounts issued by the National Trade Register CNRC
* Extract from the audited roll or schedule dated less than 03 months ago.
- Professional references (copies of certificates of good performance for the last three years, signed by the contracting authority of public establishments.
2- A technical offer: containing
- Declaration to be signed, duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Samples, or technical data sheets and/or photos of the consumables proposed
- Specifications to be completed, quoted and initialed, handwritten on the last page (read and accepted).
3- A financial offer containing:
* The tender letter duly completed and sealed by the bidder,
* The unit price schedule duly completed and sealed by the bidder,
* The cost estimate duly completed and sealed by the bidder,
Tenderers have eight (08) days from 22/11/2023 to prepare and submit their bids.
The deadline for submission of bids is 29/11/2023 at 10:00 am at the Service des Moyens et Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou bloc C, 4ème étage, located in Tamda.
Tenders will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on the same day in the meeting room (Block C, 3rd floor) of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, Tamda, commune Ouaguenoun.
Tenderers may attend the tender opening session if they wish.
Tenders are valid for the period during which they have been prepared, plus three months from the date of tender opening.
