The Faculty of Sciences of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the acquisition of "Computer equipment and supplies" under the 2023 operating budget, chapter 22-21, articles 01 and 02.
The specifications are structured in two lots:
Lot 01: "Computer equipment"
Lot 02: "Computer supplies and consumables"
. This notice of consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dz.
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids for this tender and to obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Science at the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science in closed envelopes addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, marked "N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION ET CHOIX DES OFFRES" and the title of the consultation, and must include the following documents:

A/ Application file:
Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Copy of electronic trade register.
Copy of tax identification card.
Bank account number and address.
- Extract from the tax rolls, either cleared or with a payment schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
Certificate of up-to-dateness issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
Original criminal record dated less than three months before the date of submission.
Approved tax balance sheets for 2020, 2021 and 2022, with TCR.
- Attestations of good performance for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

B/ Technical offer:
Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
- Commitment to delivery times duly signed and sealed.

C/ Financial offer:
- Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder. Unit price schedule dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimated and quantitative quotation dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
A period of seven (07) days is granted to bidders to prepare their bids from 21/11/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is 27/11/2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the bid submission date (27/11/2023) at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Faculty of Science, 4th floor.

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three 03 months from the bid opening date.
