The Faculté des Lettres et des Langues of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is inviting tenders for "Cleaning costs for the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculté des Lettres et des Langues of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou as part of the operating budget 2024.

The specifications are structured as a single lot: " Cleaning costs for the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-ouzou.

Interested bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must include three files: the application file, the technical offer file and the financial offer file. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "candidature", "technique" or "financière", as the case may be. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR" and addressed to:

   "Cleaning costs for the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou.

A/ Application file:

 

  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Copy of company bylaws.
  • Certified true copy of the trade register.
  • Copy of agreement with the CET
  • Copy of tax identification.
  • Bank account number and address.
  • Certified copy of the original extract from the tax roll, audited or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
  • Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
  • Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.
  • Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:

    a- Professional skills: qualification and classification certificate, approval and quality certificate.

    b-Financial capacity: financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last two years and bank references.

    c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references (List of the company's staff and their specializations, List of equipment in possession with supporting documents (purchase invoices, vehicle registration documents and bailiff's certificate) and a CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees, accompanied by a CNAS-approved list showing the dates on which employees joined and left the company.

    B/ Technical offer :

    • Declaration to be made and declaration of probity to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
    • Specifications completed, dated, signed and initialled, read and approved.

    C/ Financial offer:

    • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
    • Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
    • A duly dated, signed and sealed breakdown of quantities and estimates.

    Interested bidders can obtain a copy of the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou, located on the Hasnaoua I campus.

    A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare their offers from 11/12/2023 until 18/12/2023.

    The deadline for submission of bids is 18/12/2023 10h00mn.

    The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the deposit of bids at 10h30mn on the 2nd floor of the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.

    Bidders who wish to do so may attend or delegate their representative to attend the bid opening session.

    The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus (03) three months from the bid opening date.
