The Faculty of Medicine of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the maintenance and repair of buildings for administrative and pedagogical use by the Faculty of Medicine under the 2023 operating budget, chapter 22-18, article 01.
The specifications are divided into two (02) lots:
Lot n°01 : Electrical work.
Lot n°02 : Glazing work.
All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation and are invited to obtain the specifications from the Service des Moyens Généraux of the Faculty of Medicine of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou from 01/10/2023.
The present specifications apply to any legal entity or individual qualified in the field and possessing the necessary resources to enable it to meet its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the draft specifications.
The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
Tenders must be submitted to the Service des Moyens Généraux in a single sealed envelope marked "A N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERENCE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and bearing the title of the consultation. The file must include the following documents:
A/ application form :
- Declaration of candidacy duly filled in, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;
- Declaration of probity duly filled in, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder;
- Statute for companies
- Any document allowing to evaluate the capacities of the bidders:
- last years 2020, 2021, 2022 justified by balance sheets duly approved by the tax administration
.
B/ Technical offer :
- Specifications duly completed, dated, marked, initialled and sealed by the bidder, handwritten (read and approved);
- Declaration to be signed, duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
C/ Financial offer :
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated and sealed
- Estimated and quantitative specifications duly completed, dated and sealed
- Unit price schedule duly completed, dated and sealed
- Tenderers have twelve (12) days in which to prepare their bids, starting on
September 27, 2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is 08 October 2023 at 10H00mn.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the tender submission date at 1:30 p.m. on October 08, 2023 in the meeting room of the Faculty of Medicine.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months.
