The Faculty of Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for the "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas in the Faculty of Sciences"
Within the framework of the 2024 operating budget, chapter 22-18, article 03.

Interested bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the Secretariat of the Dean's Office, Faculty of Science, Université Mouloud Mammeri, Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the deanship of the Faculty of Science in a single sealed envelope marked "N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and the title of the consultation and must include the following documents:

A/ Application file:
- Site visit report.
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of e-commerce register.
- Certificate of qualification and classification, approval and quality certificate.
- Copy of the company's articles of association.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Original excerpt from the audited accounts or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Attestations de mise à jour délivrées par la CASNOS et CNAS (originales).
- Commitment to employ fourteen (14) cleaning ladies + 1 supervisor, for the service.
- List of personnel available to the company, together with their specializations and CNAS declarations.
- List of equipment in possession, with supporting documents (PV huissier, invoices d'achats).
- Original criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission.
- Approved fiscal balance sheets for 2020-2021 and 2022 with TCR.
- Attestations of good performance (2020, 2021, 2022).
- Attestation of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.

B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed with the last page marked "read and approved".

C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Schedule of unit prices dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimate and quantity estimate dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare their offers from 11/12/2023. The deadline for submission of bids is 18/12/2023 at 10:00 am.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the tender submission date, i.e. 18/12/2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room (4th floor) of the Faculty of Science.

The period of validity of bidders' offers is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the date of the bid opening.
