The Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the supply of "Air tickets and excess baggage", within the framework of the 2022 operating budget, chapter 21-26.

The specifications are structured in a single lot.
Single lot: Transport costs for students on long-term training abroad.
The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dz
All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the deputy directorate of resources and maintenance at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must be submitted to the Sub-Directorate for Resources and Maintenance of the Mouloud MAMMERI University, Tizi-Ouzou, in a single closed envelope marked "Not to be opened except by the Tender Opening and Evaluation Committee" and the title of the consultation.
The application must include the following documents:
1/Application form :
- Declaration of candidacy
- Declaration of probity
- The status of the establishment
- Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
- Any document enabling the capacities of the candidates or tenderers to be assessed.
- Professional capacities (qualification certificate).
- Technical capacities: human and material resources.
- Financial capacities justified by Financial balance sheets and TCR for the last three years.
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification number
- Bank account number and address
- Copy of the tax assessment statement, either audited or with a schedule of payments, dated less than one month ago
- Date of submission
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS (Copy)
- A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees
- Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission
- - Attestation justifying the Agency's representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
- 2/ Technical offer :
- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Coté et initié Cahier des charges portant, à la dernière page, la mention " lu et accepté " ("read and accepted")
3/ Financial offer :
- Duly completed, dated, signed and sealed bid letter
- Dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule
- Dated, signed and sealed estimate and quantity details
Submission conditions
The present specifications apply to any individual or legal entity registered in the trade register:
- Having an activity code number authorizing the supply of air transport tickets
- Having the necessary means to enable it to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications.
- Having a commercial representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou.
- Being able to cover all the services provided for in the specifications.
Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou, starting on 02/06/2022.
The deadline for submission of bids is 09/06/2022 at 10h00mn.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders at 10.30 a.m. (on the 6th floor of the Rectorat).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
