Concerning: "Cleaning services for the teaching and administrative areas of the Hasnaoua II Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the Biomedical Engineering and Telecommunications departments on the Tamda campus of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou".
The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for "Cleaning services for the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering Hasnaoua II, the Biomedical Engineering and Telecommunications departments on the Tamda campus of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, under the 2024 operating budget, Chapter 22-18, article 03.
The specifications are structured in a single lot:
Lot unique : Prestation de nettoyage des espaces pédagogiques et des espaces administratifs de la Faculté de Génie Electrique et Informatique Hasnaoua II, des départements Génie Biomédical et Télécommunication au niveau du campus de Tamda de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou ".
Interested bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "application", "technical" or "financial", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:

A/ Application file:
Declaration of probity, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Declaration of candidacy, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Any document enabling assessment of the capabilities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors:
a- Professional capability: qualification and classification certificates, approvals and quality certificates.
b- Financial capability: financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last two years and bank references.
c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references
Copy of trade register.
Copy of company articles of association.
Copy of tax identification.
Bank account number and address.
Copy of the audited tax return or tax return with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees, accompanied by a CNAS-approved list showing the dates on which employees joined and left the company.
Extract from criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission.
List of personnel available to the company and their specializations
List of equipment in possession with supporting documents (purchase invoices)
Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.
Copy of the agreement with the CET.
B/ Technical offer:
Receipt of the withdrawal of the specifications
Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Specifications read and accepted.
C/Financial offer:
Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
Quantities and estimates duly dated, signed and sealed.
A period of Eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the General Secretariat of the Faculty from 14/12/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is 21/12/2023 at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou
. Tenderers may attend the tender opening session if they wish.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
