The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the cleaning of the teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Construction Engineering as part of its 2023 operating budget. Chapter 22-18 article 03.
The specifications are structured in a single lot: " Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas at the Faculty of Construction Engineering".
Interested bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering in a single sealed envelope marked :
To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee
Consultation N°18/FGC/UMMTO/2022 relative to the cleaning of the teaching and administrative areas of the faculty of construction engineering.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer.
The file must include the following documents:
Application form :
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Copy of company bylaws, if applicable.
- Copy of the company's agreement with the landfill site.
- Certificate of domiciliation from the company's bank.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Certificate of qualification and classification, approval and quality certificate if applicable.
- Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien de l'année 2021.
- Financial statements for the last three years, certified by the tax authorities
- Certified copy of electronic trade register.
- Copy of tax identification
- A true copy of the audited or scheduled tax assessment dated within 3 months of the date of submission.
- Declaration of knowledge of the premises and of all elements relating to the performance of the cleaning service. (Appendix I)
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance for similar services over the past three years, if applicable.
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
Technical offer :
- Specifications filled in, dated, listed, initialed and signed.
- Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Appointment of personnel (attached)
- List of equipment with supporting documents :
- Vehicle registration documents with valid insurance policies;
- Recent bailiff's or expert's report ;
- Purchase invoices for equipment acquired after the date of the expert's report;
- Any other valid proof.
- List of the company's human resources approved by CNAS, or list of the company's human resources with copies of social security declarations for personnel, indicating the function of each employee, or any other valid supporting document.
Financial offer :
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
- Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
- Duly filled in, dated, signed and sealed.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 30/11/2022.
The deadline for submission of bids is 07/12/2022 at 10:30 am at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, located at HASNAOUA II, 02nd floor, office N° B40.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day at 11 a .m. in office B40, general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering (HASNAOUA II).
Tenders are valid for a period equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of tender opening.
