The Faculty of Construction Engineering of UMMTO is launching a tender for the acquisition of materials and supplies for post-graduate training within the framework of the 2023 operating budget. Chapter 22-23, Article 04.
The specifications are structured in a single lot, namely: "materials and supplies for
post-graduate training".
Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. The present notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted publicly.
Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation n° 19/FGC/UMMTO/2023 concerning the acquisition of equipment and supplies for postgraduate training. "
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
Copy of tax identification card;
Commitment to supply new, good-quality consumables (inks and toners)
Criminal record valid on the bidder's or director's date of submission;
Income statement tables (TCR) for the last three years, approved by the tax authorities
Copy of e-commerce register;
Certificate of bank domiciliation.
Extract from the tax roll, either discharged or with a valid payment schedule.
Valid CNAS and CASNOS updating certificates.
Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale
de droit algérien.
B/ Technical offer :
- Cahier des charges coté et initié ;
- Déclaration à souscrire dûment renserée, datée, signée et cachetée ;
Engagement de délai de livraison (imprimé en annexe) ;
Engagement de garantie pour le matériel (imprimé en annexe)
Documentation technique du matériel et fournitures demandés.
C/ Financial offer:
Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Unit price schedule duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Quantities and estimates estimate duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
A period of nine (09) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers from: 18/10/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 26/10/2023 at 10H30mn at office B40, general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 26/10/2023 at 11 H at office B40, general secretariat located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering HASNAOUA II.
Tenders are valid for 99 days from 18/10/2023.
