The Faculty of Medicine of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for "Cleaning costs for teaching and administrative areas for the benefit of the Faculty of Medicine of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou", within the framework of the operating budget for 2024, chapter 22-18, article 03.
The specifications are structured in a single lot:
Single lot: "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas for the Faculty of Medicine of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou".
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit bids for this consultation, and are invited to obtain the specifications from the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté de Médecine de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "application", "technical" and "financial", as the case may be, the three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, bearing the mention "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to :

This invitation to tender will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
The tender file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of application duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder.
- Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, bidders or, where applicable,
subcontractors to be assessed;
a- Professional capacity: qualification and classification certification, approval and quality certificate.
b- Financial capacity: financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last two years and references
.
c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references.
- Copy of e-commerce register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Copy of excerpt from the tax rolls, audited or with payment schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS.

 A CNAS declaration attesting to the number of employees, accompanied by a list endorsed by CNAS
showing the dates on which employees joined and left the company.
- Extract from the police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
- List of company personnel and their specializations
- List of equipment in possession with supporting documents (purchase invoice)
- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law
- Copy of agreement with CET.
- Certificate of good performance 2020-2021-2022.
B/ Technical offer:
- Receipt of withdrawal of specifications
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Quotations and estimates duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price schedule duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Tenderers have ten (10) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the UMMTO Faculty of Medicine's Resources and Maintenance Department, starting on December 17, 2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is December 26, 2023 at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, at 10.30 a.m. on December 26, 2023, in the meeting room of the Faculty of Medicine.
Any bidders wishing to attend may do so.
The period of validity of tenders is equal to the period of preparation of tenders plus three (03) months from the date of the opening of tenders.
