The Faculty of Construction Engineering of UMMTO is launching a consultation for the partial renewal of computer equipment related to scientific research and technological development within the framework of the 2023 operating budget. Chapter 22-31, Article 08.

The specifications are structured in a single lot: "computer equipment for scientific research and technological development".

Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.

Bids must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 23/FGC/UMMTO/2023 concerning the partial renewal of computer equipment for scientific research and technological development".

The application must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
 Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
 Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
 Copy of tax identification card;
 Commitment to supply new, good-quality consumables (inks and toners)
 Criminal record valid on the bidder's or director's date of submission;
 Income statement tables (TCR) for the last three years approved by the tax authorities;
 Copy of e-commerce register;
 Certificate of bank domiciliation.
 Extract from the tax roll, discharged or with a valid payment schedule.
 Attestations de mise à jour CNAS et CASNOS en cours de validité.
 Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit
algérien.
B/ Technical offer:
- List of specifications quoted and initialed;
- Declaration to be subscribed duly filled in, dated, signed and sealed;
 Commitment of delivery time (printed in appendix);
 Commitment of guarantee for the equipment (printed in appendix)
 Technical documentation of the equipment and supplies requested.
C/ Financial offer:
 Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
 Unit price schedule duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
 Quantities and estimates duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;

A period of six (06) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 07/12/2023/10/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is set for 12/12/2023 at 10H30mn at office B40, general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.

Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 12/12/2023 at 11 a.m. in office B40, general secretariat located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.

Tenders are valid for 96 days from 07/12/2023.
