The University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation concerning: "Travaux
d'entretien des espaces vert" for the benefit of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou, in
the framework of the operating budget 2023,

It is structured in a single lot namely: "Maintenance work on green spaces"
Tenderers specializing in this field and interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the sub-directorate of resources and maintenance at the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou.
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer must be inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "NOT TO BE OPENED BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE COMMISSION D'OUVERENCE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and addressed to : Monsieur le Recteur de l'Université Mouloud Mammeri Consultation N° 20 / SDMM/RECTORAT/UMMTO/2023

Application declaration duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Copy of company articles of association.
Copy of trade register.
Copy of tax identification.
Bank account number and address.
Copy of the audited or scheduled tax assessment dated less than one month prior to the date of submission.
Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
Copy of the criminal record dated less than three months prior to the date of submission.

B/ Technical offer:
Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Cahier des charges renseigné, daté, coté et paraphé lu et approuvé.

Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
Quantitative and estimative detail duly dated, signed and sealed.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the general secretariat from 12/10/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 19/10/2023 at 10h00mn.
If this date coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period will be extended to the next working day.
The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the deadline at 10:30 am at the 6th floor of the Rectorate of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
