In accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public contracts and delegations of public services, the University Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou, informs all bidders that consultation No. 01/SDMM/UMMTO/2023, on " Maintenance and repair of the automotive fleet ", charged to the operating budget 2023, Chapter 21-17 Article 05, published on the website of UMMTO on : 26/01/2023, as well as at the DEP, DAL and Direction de Commerce of the wilaya of Tizi Ouzou; that the latter is declared unsuccessful for lack of bidders .
The invitation to tender will be relaunched at a later date.
