Opinion of the president of the Social Works management structure
In my capacity as Chairman of the Social Works Management Structure, I would like to inform you that I did not receive the minutes of the Social Works Committee on time (see dispatch slips), as you can see from the following details:
1.PV n°17 issued on 24/09/2019 BY LA cos concerning loans (ATS AND e teacher) 2018 and 2019 transmitted on 03/10/2019.
2.Pv N°08 and the list of 2018 and 2019 retirees drawn up on 21/04/2019 by the COS but transmitted on 13/10/2019.
3. 2018 and 2019 funeral expenses list sent on 15/10/2019.
4.2018 teacher loan addendum listtransmitted on 10/21/2019.
In addition, the PVs as transmitted cannot be executed due to the credit overrun.
Forecasts of healthcare reimbursements, as well as SAPS insurance and voucher amounts added to these PV amounts, show a deficit.
Furthermore, in view of the posting of the resignation of COS members on 21/10/2019, these minutes cannot be rectified without the installation of another commission.
