This platform is designed to collect applications for LPA housing for university and DOU teachers and ATS civil servants. Each civil servant must fill in the form below correctly and submit scans of the documents making up the file online.

The housing units in question will be built in Oued Felli. 170 homes will be distributed among civil servants as follows:

• Teachers: 102 housing units
• ATS university: 34 units
• ATS DOU: 34 homes

Who can benefit from LPA housing:

• Applicants and/or their spouses must not be the sole owners of a plot of building land or a property for residential use, or be in receipt of government financial assistance for self-build or home purchase.
• The combined income of the applicant and his/her spouse must not exceed six times the SNMG (120,000.00 DA)

Documents making up the file :

Before clicking on the links below to apply, you must prepare the following documents in digital format (scans):

• A copy of the applicant's and spouse's national identity card (valid for married people);
• Birth certificate of applicant and spouse for married persons;
• Family civil status form or certificate of non-marriage;
• Certificate of residency;
• Attestation of employment of the person concerned and his/her spouse or attestation of non-activity;
• Pay slip of the person concerned and proof of spouse's income or certificate of non-activity;
• To complete the Demande d'Aide à l'Accession -LPA- please download LPA form (legalized signature)
• Declaration of honor, please download the declaration of honor (certified signature)
